若是第一次登入，必須先註冊，請以自己的護照號碼或居留證號碼設為帳號，並請正確填寫個人資料，避免影響您的權益。

Please access the SC-TOP website at: https://reg.sc-top.org.tw/to register for the TOCFL test.
If you are using the Online Registration System for the first time, please register for a new account using your passport number or ARC number as your new user ID. Please fill out all information correctly in order to avoid any future issues.

2.什麼時候會舉辦考試？什麼時候可以報名？（When are TOCFL tests held? When can I register for the TOCFL test?）

臺灣地區的考試請參考當年度考試日程表，上面有各場次的考試日期和報名日期。

For TOCFL tests held in Taiwan, please consult the yearly test schedule for more information regarding test dates and registration periods.

3.我忘記帳號或密碼，怎麼辦？（I forgot my account ID or password. What can I do?）

- 忘記帳號，您可以撥打華測會電話：(02)7749-5638，或電郵：service@sc-top.org.tw，將有專人為您查詢。
- 忘記密碼，請點選https://reg.sc-top.org.tw/member_forget.php，輸入帳號和電郵，您將會收到登入密碼。

- If you have forgotten your account ID, please call SC-TOP’s phone number: (02)7749-5638 or by emailing service@sc-top.org.tw to receive assistance.
- If you have forgotten your password, please visit https://reg.sc-top.org.tw/member_forget.php and enter in your account ID and email address. You will receive your login password via email.

4.我的護照或居留證更換了，可以修改帳號嗎？（My passport or resident certificate number has changed. Can I update my account ID?）

報名系統帳號無法修改，您可以繼續使用原本的帳號。如果您想要使用新的證件號碼重新註冊，這將是一個全新的帳號，新帳號將無法查詢您在臺灣5年內參加考試的成績。

Unfortunately, account IDs can not be modified after registration, you may continue to use your original account ID number. If you would still like to register for a new account with a new passport or ARC number, please note that this new account will not have access to any test score results from tests taken in Taiwan from the past 5 years.

5.我想要更改個人資料（姓名、電子信箱、手機、地址），怎麼辦？（How do I update my personal information (name, email, cell phone, address)?）

請您寫信到服務信箱service@sc-top.org.tw，提供中英文姓名、帳號（護照號碼或居留證）等資訊，以及您想要修改的資料，我們會幫您修改；如果是中英文姓名，請另外提供證件掃描檔案。

Please contact the support email at service@sc-top.org.tw and provide your Chinese and English name, account ID (passport number or ARC number), and the information you are trying to change. If you are changing your Chinese or English name, please provide additional proof via a scanned document.

6.我已經報名考試，還沒有繳費，想要更換等級、考試地點或考試時間，怎麼辦？（I am registered for the TOCFL test but have not paid my test fees. How do I change the test level, location, or time?）

如果您還沒有完成繳費，您可以撥打電話：(02)7749-5638，或電郵：service@sc-top.org.tw，將有專人為您取消您報名的場次；之後，您可以再重新報名。

If you have not submitted payment for the test, please contact us via telephone at (02)7749-5638 or via email at service@sc-top.org.tw we will help you cancel your current test registration so that you may re-register for your desired test.

7.我已經報名考試，也已經繳費，想要更換等級、考試地點或考試時間，怎麼辦？（I am registered for the TOCFL test and have paid my test fees. How do I change the test level, location, or time?）

每場考試都是獨立報名，系統上無法相連，必須請您「取消考試」，再重新報名。
- 請參考「取消考試」辦法：https://tocfl.edu.tw/index.php/apply/cancel。
- 申請退費，將會從報名費用中扣三百元手續費用，請考慮清楚。

Unfortunately, as each test is a unique registration, we are unable to make adjustments with our current system. Please “Cancel Test” and re-register for the desired test.

- When applying to cancel your registration, there will be a 300NT dollar processing fee deducted from your application fee. Please consider carefully before canceling your registration.

8.我完成報名，為什麼沒辦法繳費？（I finished registering for the TOCFL test, but have issues completing payment?）

報名完成，請在3天內完成繳費。如果您已經超過繳費期限，請來電：(02)7749-5638，或電郵：service@sc-top.org.tw，我們將為您取消逾期繳費的場次，你可以再重新報名、列印繳費單並進行繳費。
如果沒有超過3天期限，卻無法繳費，可能是列印的繳費單條碼不夠清楚，請您找其他印表機重新列印；或者直接請超商店員掃描手機或平板的繳費單條碼。

After registering for your test, please pay the test fee in full within 3 days. If you surpass the 3 day limit, please call (02)7749-5638, or email us at service@sc-top.org.tw. We will help you cancel the overdue registration, so that you may re-register for the test. After re-registration, print out the payment slip to submit your payment.
If you have not exceeded the 3 day payment duration, but have issues completing payment, please make sure that the bar code on the payment slip is printed clearly. You may utilize a different printer to re-print the barcode or have the convenient store clerk directly scan the barcode from your phone or tablet to avoid misprints.

9.我已經繳費，但是報名系統上仍然是「尚未繳費」，怎麼辦？（I have already paid for my test, but the system still shows “Not Paid”. What can I do?）

繳費後，銀行對帳需要3-5天作業時間；您可以在1週之後，再上系統確認繳費狀況，應該會顯示為「已繳費」。
如果繳費1週後，系統仍為「尚未繳費」，請您撥打華測會電話：(02)7749-5638，或電郵：service@sc-top.org.tw。

After submitting payment, it takes the bank 3-5 business days to process the payment. Please check the system again in a week to see if the payment status has changed to “Paid”. If after a week, the payment status still shows “Not Paid” please call (02)7749-5638 or email service@sc-top.org.tw for further assistance.

10.我已經報名繳費，臨時無法參加考試，可以延期或申請退費嗎？ （I have already paid for my test but can not attend at the last minute. Can I extend my test date or request for a refund?）

每場考試都是獨立報名，系統上無法相連，您的考試無法延期或更改當日考試時間。
您若想要申請退費，只要在報名截止日後4天內，提出申請即可。

- 申請退費，將會從報名費用中扣3百元手續費用，請考慮清楚。

Unfortunately, every test is a unique registration so we can not make adjustments to the test date or time at the last minute.
If you would like to register for a refund, please do so within 4 days after the registration deadline has passed.

11.我報名了在臺灣的考試，但是我現在不在臺灣，無法繳費，怎麼辦？（I have applied to take the TOCFL test in Taiwan, but I am not currently in Taiwan. How can I pay for the test?）

- 您可以請親友代為繳費。
- 如果您無法請親友代為繳費，請寫信到服務信箱service@sc-top.org.tw，請提供您來臺灣的電子機票，證明考試當天您會在臺灣參加考試，我們可提供您「現場繳費」的服務。

- You can ask a relative or friend in Taiwan to help you pay for the test.
- If you do not have any relatives or friends in Taiwan to help pay for your test, please email us at service@sc-top.org.tw and provide the electronic ticket for your flight to Taiwan. This will help us ensure your attendance on the day of your test, and we will be able to provide you with “On-Site Payment” services.

12.我報名預試，請問能申請退費嗎？（I am registered for the TOCFL pilot test, can I apply for a refund?）

預試無法退費。

Unfortunately, there are no refund options for TOCFL pilot tests.

13.報名已經截止，請問還能再報名嗎？（The registration deadline has passed, Can I still apply for the TOCFL test?）

-考試場次報名截止日後，若有剩餘名額，將開放追加報名。
-追加報名期間為報名截止日隔日上午9點30分起，至當周周日晚上12點止。
-測驗費用一律為原價，無法享有任何優惠，並且須加付新臺幣300元手續費。
-付款方式僅限信用卡刷卡。

-Extended registration is possible for any seats that are still available for any test session at any test venue after the normal registration deadline.
-Extended registration will be available from 9:30am on the day after normal registration closes until midnight on Sunday of the same week.
-The test fees remain the same but no discounts are available and there is an additional NT$300 service charge.
-All extended registration payments must be made using a credit card.

14.我需要報名費的繳費收據，要怎麼申請？（How can I get a receipt for my test registration fees?）

- 請您在繳費之後，寫信到服務信箱service@sc-top.org.tw，提供中英文姓名、帳號（護照號碼或居留證）等資訊，以及收據的寄送地址，我們可以開立收據給您。
- 請在考試後7日內申請收據，超過時間，我們無法受理。

- After you have paid your test registration fees, please email service@sc-top.org.tw and provide your Chinese and English name, account ID (passport or ARC number), and the address where you would like the receipt sent. We will issue a receipt for you.
- Please make sure to submit your request for a receipt within 7 days of your test date. After the deadline, we can not accept any requests for issuing receipts.

15.我不知道應該報考哪個等級，怎麼辦？（I do not know what level of the TOCFL test to register for. What can I do?）

- 多加練習我們提供的模擬試題，可以了解每個測驗等級的難度。
- 推薦先報考「預試」，當作練習，不僅可以熟悉電腦測驗的操作，也可以熟悉考試題型。相信經過預試練習，再報考正式考試，可以提升通過考試，取得證書的機會。
- 如果還是無法決定，我們建議您報考電腦化適性測驗（CAT），這就不需要選擇測驗等級，測驗系統會依據您作答的結果，來決定下一個題目的難度。

- Practice the provided mock test often to gain a better understanding of the test levels and associated difficulty
- We recommend taking the TOCFL pilot test to familiarize yourself with the computer operations and test questions. We believe the practice and experience gleamed from taking the TOCFL pilot test will better prepare you for the actual TOCFL test, and provide you with a greater opportunity to pass your test and receive your certificate.
- If you still have a hard time deciding, we recommend taking the CAT (Computer Adaptive Test). Which will not require a level selection, as the test system will use your answers to assign the appropriate question difficulty.
